If I can I always start the reviews here with a video clip or at least one song from the album I’m reviewing, so I did the same thing here. The only caveat here is that the song Full of hell has chosen to do a video for is not at all representational for this album. The song Trumpeting Ecstasy is a dark sounding slow song with elements of dark folk and sludge.
While these sounds were always present here and there in Full of hell’s sound, the other songs on this record are way faster and more aggressive. On the album Trumpeting ecstasy they play a modern grind core/ powerviolence/extreme hardcore variant in the vein of Pig destroyer, Converge and Nails. On older records there sometimes was lots of noise to accompany the songs, but here they seem to have gone for just killer songs and an aggressive in your face modern production.
I was impressed by this record, so I urge you to also give it a listen.
